 Rotational Machines

• With 3 sets Turkey imported rotational molding machines, it ensures high quality plastic casing for led furniture. With 2 x 3.2 meters high, 1 x 1.7 meters high rotational machines with production capacity 1.6 tons polyethylene raw material per day, it enables us to produce both small led night lamps, and big bar counters and ensure on-time delivery, as well as ready to make customer design at any time.

• Plastic Injection machines, made in China, they provide all the ABS, PC, PP plastic casing for our led lighting system for furniture as well as make our plastic shaker bottle since 2001.

• Led electronics assembling line is our strong point in led furniture field. DMX is our main producing function for furniture lighting. we also accept clients required electronics function.

• QE works on default pieces took out from production line.

• Voltage regulator module testing. It shows under 12V voltage ( left one is current 535mAH ), our voltage regulator works to reduce the input voltage and turn the output voltage always being 5V to protect the led lighting system and DC charger from damage / unworking.

• Aging testing.
